Great small double oven
Hi, I found this great oven/range for small spaces. It’s a UK product, but just wondering if anyone has seen anything similar here. Stoves RICHMOND550DF http://www.appliancesonline.co.uk/services/isite.aspx?ProductID=9561&ProductCode=RICHMOND550DF_JAL Thanks!

If it is a UK stove, it will likely be 220-240v, 50Hz on the electric side. The voltage is not a huge problem as you can get a 220v outlet installed. However, bringing 50Hz appliances into a 60Hz grid is a royal pain in the butt – been there done that got the tee shirt. Unless it is actually 50 – 60 Hz (unlikely for a stove) you’ll need some sort of transformer to make the electrics run properly.
I haven’t seen one as small as the one you linked to, but there are plenty of free standing double ovens in the 30″ size:

They aren’t cheap however… and i’m not convinced that you get your money’s worth (ie: for 2k, i could get a much better overall oven, albeit without the double compartment)
I have a similar one that I moved over from the UK years ago. It was German – Cannon Cooker. I have the fittings for here but never used it. It was shipped over dirty & I haven’t cleaned it but would be willing to give it to you if you want to put some work in. It has an eye-level grill w/ a rotisserie attachment as well as a worm-gear inset that does 6 kebab skewers.
Alternately, you might ask Cannon if they sell them here.
