condo eviction
has anyone experienced eviction from a condo? most of the posts i searched on the forum were about renters who were being evicted. does the process work the same way, ie serve them, marshall comes, knocks on door, if no answer, breaks down door, changes locks, etc? thanks,

same process.
Are you referring to someone renting a Condo? If that’s the case, the process is the same as with any rental.
If you are referring to a Condo owner; as it’s real property, the process will run analogous to a house in the case of foreclosure or any other lien.
If it is a matter of serious violations of bylaws, including non-payment of common charges etc, then the protocols are usually set forth in the offering plan regarding the appropriate actions the condo board can take.
