Window caulking
I had new windows installed about 5 years ago and while they were fine for the first couple of years, it’s now clear (some visible gaps) that they need to be recaulked. Is it too late to do that work now – and does anyone have recommendations for a good contractor to do the work…

Is it too late to do that work now – and does anyone have recommendations for a good contractor to do the work (it’s a 3 story building)

Window Caulking really only lasts 5-7 years..so this is to be expected.
You just need a good handyman to do that.
