Where would you go to find a sink like this one (preferably with legs) other than Craigs List. It doesn’t have to be in great shape. I plan on using it as a utility sink.

It also doesn’t have to be exactly like the one in the picture.

Thanks for your help…

  1. You should check around Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village in Manhattan. When a unit is vacated they rip these out of the old units during the remodel. I lived there for 3 years and have seen close to 30 of these exact same sinks tossed out on the curb during trash pickup days.

  2. I have one that I would be willing to sell. Picked it up when we were planning to redo the kitchen, but we’ve decided to put it off for a while, the sink is a little too big, and it is taking up needed space. It weighs a ton, and is approximately 5 feet wide. If you are interested, email me at jellystew at gmail.com.

  3. how much do you want to spend? they have these at Historic Houseparts (.com) for reasonable prices, but I think the freight will be a killer.

no luck on craigslist? I would think that would be the best bet
