Waterproofing Basement

Hi,
Does anyone have any recent experience with Vulcan Waterproofing or any of the other basement waterproofing companies in the area?
And if so, did they really get the basement dry? We have water seeping up through the ceramic tiles and need to do something to fix it.
Also, how was the cost of whatever job you had done?
