We are having trouble figuring out the Landmarks guidelines for cement sidewalks. They want you to match the adjacent sidewalks, but what if they are two different colors? Does Landmarks come around after you have done the work to inspect what you have done?
We are having trouble figuring out the Landmarks guidelines for cement sidewalks. They want you to match the adjacent sidewalks, but what if they are two different colors? Does Landmarks come around after you have done the work to inspect what you have done?
Generally speaking, LPC does not check ANY finished work unless you request them to issue a Notice of Compliance. As far as matching colors, because aggregate is locally sourced (therefore varies from day to day and year to year) it’s virtually impossible to match adjacent sidewalk flags. This is true even when using the same products mixed on two different days.
