Non Sourced Non Seasoned Loans

Does anyone have a matrix showing non seasoned and non sourced down payment fund programs from 2003 thru 2007? Non source means the lender doesn’t care where the funds come from for the down payment and non seasoned means it doesn’t matter how long the funds stay in an account.
