Need a Contractor for a Potential Purchase
My wife and I are interested in purchasing a few properties, that require renovations, within the next month. Can anyone suggest a contractor who is willing to give us preliminary estimates for the potential work to be done. We would like to have the reno estimates as factor in our offer to the seller.

I’m an architect, and I use Ronald Baker of Baker Design Build almost exclusively for this kind of project. He was recommended to me by another designer years ago, and I asked him to bid on a job for me. His prices were the lowest and he had great references, so the homeowner hired him.
