Repro Entry Door Sets
My front door handles need to be replaced, which is a shame, as they are original. Where is a good source for antique Victorian reproduction entry sets? I also have really thick doors (2.75 inches), which seem to be hard to fit as well. Any advice?

The lock in one door, and the handles in the other.
what’s broken, the handles themselves, or the lock? If it’s the lock you could probably buy a replacement cylinder. securitysnobs.com is a good source for locks to fit thick doors.
BHS, I love the originals, and would love to keep them, but can’t seem to find anyone who excels in repair. Any suggestions?

Are they worn out or broken? Just thinking out loud it might be cheaper to get the issue fixed than buy and install a new set. Plus it’s neat to have the originals.
