Need a new A/C contractor

I’ve given our current A/C contractor, Phil Tucker from EB Mechanical, WAY more chances than I care to devulge (fool me once…fool me twice etc.) Looking for someone who is reliable and who will at least take my phone calls!! We paid him thousands of dollars for a central air unit and now that we want a slight upgrade that won’t yield him the big bucks, seems like he has us on the bottom of his list. Any recommendations?
