Just wanted to pass on that I finally settled on a contractor who gave me an estimate on an invoice with its name and HIC & HIS license numbers. When he was halfway through, he started jacking up the price & asked for cash (which I refused). Lo and behold, the license numbers do not exist nor does the company. And The work is now shoddy and I’m so unhappy!!! On top of everything else he is now rude and condescending. Lesson – don’t judge a book (or invoice) by its cover. By the way the name of this contractor is Captain Contracting (aka General Captain Contracting, aka Gen. Captain, etc.) I should have known better. Now I need someone to repair what he’s done and to make a cement foundation under the stairs leading to the basement door.

Superdee01 is also a disengenuous faker posing as a satisfied customer. He is Dan, the very man he recommends so highly. Dan, pay for your advertising and stop lying to the people in this forum. A blantantly dishonest contractor is not someone anyone would like to hire.
