From $1,100 to $1,400 plus additional recording fees of around 300 for a total of 1400-1700 per assigned mortgage recording.
I’ve seen higher from some smaller regional “mom and pop” banks but the above is accurate for the majors.
Some of it depends on the language used in the original mortgage because as far as I know the bank is not required by law to assign the mortgage. However many will for a “customary” legal or service fee (perhaps $750-$1,000?)
