I have an alt2 job open for a while now. And it probably going to drag on for long time. Does DOB have any time line restriction on how long a job can open? Is there a penalty?
My previous permit has expired. I am too busy to do any work right. I plan to keep the job open until I have time to finish it.

There are limitations and there ways to deal with it as well not to be discussed on an open forum and will need to be evaluatd on a case by case basis.
General limitations are 12 months from when all permits are issued.
