Pigeon Removal - Coops

I have several pigeon coops in the bricked up windows adjacent to my townhouse in Williamsburg; they have somehow gotten into the gap between the brickwork and the old window. Does anyone know how or who can remove pigeons succesfully. They leave a huge mess and Ive been living with it for years now. Really appreciate any advice or assistance or a referral.
