With the installation of synthetic grass by you will not only enhance the ‘look’ of your business but will provide a pleasant first impression for visitors.
You should also not forget what effect you will have on your staff with not only an area that looks and feels good to them, but perhaps an area where they can enjoy those warm sunny days.
Isn’t Brownstoner supposed to filter out these posts?
Typical Frownstoner B.S. – NO Synthetic Grass is not always “bad” for the environment – it is actually FAR better for the environment in almost every application than real grass. It does not require mowing or fertilizer so that saves significant amount of energy and polluted run-off; and in areas where the water supply is an issue, it doesnt require watering.
In applications like parks it offers the benefit of always being playable and unlike concrete it allows water to flow down freely.
Modern turf is also fairly attractive and comfortable (maybe not compared to a manicured lawn but…) and can often be used in areas where real grass cant practical, like a roof or in heavily shaded areas – or as we all know – in public parks where the usage is no conducive to keeping a lawn healthy.
“Sythetic grass looks terrible everywhere.”
Not true, it looked awesome in the Brady’s back yard.
I just checked Paul Morgante’s profile. He is a shill for an outfit in Australia that sells this disgusting artificial grass product. A faintly disguised NON-PAYING ADVERTISEMENT for his tacky product. Not unlike the late, great Mr. Subah.
I think this posting is a joke. No one could seriously sell the idea that astro-turf is attractive, that anyone would want to sit on it, or that it in any way benefits the environment. (think of the VOC output in creating polyvinylchloride).
But seriously, planting groundcovers instead of lawn can be lower maintenance, provide organic benefits, and look great. Well-planned xeriscapes can require no additional water, other than naturallly occurring rainfall.
Sythetic grass looks terrible everywhere.
OMG sythetic grass is more awful than just about anything, including real grass.
Go away.
Your grammar is flawed and so is your argument. Synthetic grass is awful for the environment, health, and aesthetics. You picked the wrong blog to post an ad!
