I am in the process of working with Kevin Perez. He has finished one level and is now working on the parlor. Has done a great job. Highly recommend.
Emilia DeVitis does Venetian plaster. She helps me on lots of projects in my homes.

Kevin Perez: 917-685-8752 He did plaster work for the Brooklyn TOH project in PH and he did venetian plaster work for us a few years back. Great guy. . . if you can get him.
