check out ajmadison.com for variety of ductless a/c and heater options. There’s one by LG Studio which may work for you that looks like a picture frame. Fujitsu seems to be the preferred brand however.
Thank you so much for your advice and experience. Aaron has looked at the site and will show me examples of his work with ductless. Problem is finding the best location for ductless since i have wall to wall to ceiling doors & windows and trying to avoid too much exposure of copper wires that must go through brick. He recommends sheet rock to cover copper wires. Any other ideas to help me through this process would be greatly appreciated?
Thanks
Val
we have fujitsu. they are super-quiet and work well. never used others so don’t know how that compares. indoor units are pretty ugly but we put them inside the walls and put a grill flash to the wall, so you don’t see them. we did a gut reno though so it was easier to accomodate. in terms of price, if i remember correctly we paid 11k overall for 2 outdoor units 24 and 36 btu and 5 indoor units total. blanking on the name of the company but will look it up later
Check out Fujitsu. I used to sell that brand when I worked in HVAC wholesale. It’s a great product and reasonably priced. Extremely quiet. General Plumbing Supply in Jersey handles the product. Call the Edison branch and ask for John Orefice. 732-248-1000
All of the brand names and quite a few produce split air systems. Mr. Slim, LG, etc. I would stick with a brand name. Certainly will cost more.
call Aaron 718-986-1760 highly recommended. Very efficient. Getting someone efficient and thorough will avoid future service calls.
