Washer Dryer Repair/Install

Hi–
I need help with proper leveling/install of my stackable frigidaire washer/dryer. it’s on a slopey floor in a closet and it slides around on spin. (My old one, same model, didn’t do this, so it must just not be leveled well enough or something.) ALSO I need someone (same person, I am hoping) who can figure out what’s wrong with support arms under wash basket–it bashes around. The dudes who delivered it left a few bolts unattached–i put them where they seemed to make sense, and it’s a major bangfest when the washer spins. anyone familiar with frigidaire washers could fix this in 5 min. all the parts are there, nothing is broken (yet)–but parts are not bolted together correctly. also need help with getting dryer vent out the window properly. Whole job should take someone 1-2 hours, but it has to be someone who knows these machines enough to fix the bolt issue, and can level and vent the whole magilla. also i am budget-challenged so no one too fancy, please. Someone who would also be able to put in a couple of a/c units for the summer would be especially great to find. Thanks in advance for suggestions!
