Seltzer Delivery
I’m getting my first old school seltzer delivery in about an hour and I don’t know if I’m supposed to tip this guy. Quick! It’s his own delivery business and I happen to know that he more than doubles the cost of each bottle. Tip him for each delivery or at the holidays???

I recently bought a huge bottle of seltzer for $5 that comes with a special nozzle and lasts indefinitely. Does this count?
I used to have a milkman (who did selzer and other stuff) and only tipped at christmas. But he came before sunrise and left it outside the door
You should always tip a delivery guy. The profit is none of your business.
Ok, he just came. I could swear he was disappointed in the lack of tip, but maybe I’m imagining it.
I know that chargers are cheaper, but reliving my childhood memories: priceless.
I’ll let you know how it is!
Wow – that brings back memories of Marty the Seltzer Man in the East Village, 70-80s.
He was so adept at lugging those wooden cases on his shoulder and maneuvering through doorways and tight spaces.
I never tipped him, as he was a one-man-show.
But I occasionally gave him little food treats and gifts.
Why don’t you skip it the first time and see what the reaction is.
I have my own selzer bottle that uses chargers. Really convenient.
usually you do not tip an owner.
At the holidays- I usually do.
let us know how the seltzer is
My mom says no, as does a bunch of FB friends.
I’m totally excited about my seltzer. Egg creams for everyone!
I don’t know, but I’m amused you’re getting seltzer delivery.
