Hello. I have a relatively small renovation job in my garden apartment that I will be moving into shortly. It will mainly involve replacing the basement floor, sanding and painting the basement walls, and designing additional closets for the basement. Please share any recommendations you have for a contractor that can help with the closet design and also has the capacity to do the construction elements of the job.
It seems obvious, but quality, price, and reliability are going to be key factors in my choice.

I recently reno’d my kitchen with Bernie Belkin of CBS Construction. He built me and installed a pantry in my kitchen and custom-made a medicine cabinet for an unusal opening in my bathroom. Very nice and well priced- not sure of his # you can find it on the web

I’m recommending you call Martin of Inti Interior Finish & Wood Floors. I’ve hired his team before for small renovation jobs at my brownstone property in Brooklyn. They are extremely reliable, experts at painting and flooring, and pricing is on point.
