heating radiator next to power conduit?
Is there any requirements to keep radiator away from the wiring? I feel if we put radiator too close to the conduit it will make wires expand/contract every time when heat turned on. So Wires can be damaged after some time. Is it just my paranoia? Is there any regulations about it?

my biggest concern was changing hot/not hot radiator will make wires shift a little bit back and force and break insulation or something like this.
“I wouldn’t put them so close they might get wet”
huh? your pipes carry the water on the outside?
I wouldn’t put them so close they might get wet. In our building, someone snaked wire from one floor to another by threading it along a radiator pipe and through the same hole. Fortunately, we removed it.
Damage can be caused by physical contact (insulation melting) but being ‘near’ a radiator should cause no harm.
That said, I’m sure one can construct a scenario where wires, carrying their maximum rated current, get (quite safely) warm but the additional ambient heat from the radiator causes them to burst into flames. And this is not covered by your home-owner’s insurance. You will then be at the mercy of those credit fixers spotlighted in today’s NYTimes, and wind up on the street, penniless.
You may need a course in Zen calming.
