Is it better to be categorized as a Tax Class 1 or 4? It’s been suggested I could have designation changed & save money.
Is it better to be categorized as a Tax Class 1 or 4? It’s been suggested I could have designation changed & save money.
The guy who phoned from the City said he thought we could qualify for 1 – I looked & it seems as if we might. Just wondered if there’re any disadvantages to it.
The tax class is usually dependent on the use. If you want to change the classification thenm usually you need to change the occupancy status as well
