Cash for Caulkers?

Hello Brownstoner Philadelphians,

I am purchasing a house in Collingswood and it is in need of a new roof and a whole new set of windows (about 20). I am incredibly interested in taking advantage of the Home Star Cash for Caulkers incentive once I own.

Can anyone provide insight into how helpful it is to go through the Home Star program, how to reep the maximum benefit and what the actual process is?

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
