I just did a tour yesterday. Looks great…but very high maintenance fee.
I was picked recently (I live in the neighborhood so have a higher weighting), asked to submit documentation, and rejected. The lottery is ongoing. And the prices originally published have gone up: http://adiscouragingword.com/?p=46
