Air Conditioning Repair

We need servicing for our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim split system air conditioner in Brooklyn Heights. The company that sold us the system 6 years ago is not interested in providing service. Can anyone recommend a reliable A/C service company or has anyone had any experience with Iceberg Mechanical that they can share? Any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated.
