Window Leaks - and Now Mold!!
I have a window that consistently leaks when it rains, and now I see a fine line of mold growing along the bottom casing. Does anyone know of someone I can call who handles/fixes leak issues?

The window is on the front of a brownstone building – it’s a double-hung sash window. The rain is dripping from the top of the window casing, and I’m guessing it may be coming in through the from the external windowframe (I doubt external windowframe is the right technical word, but I’m talking about the wood around the frame of the window that faces the outdoors). The windowframe seems to not have been sealed when the new window was put in about 2 years ago. The mold is growing along the bottom of the inside of the window – so not where the visible leak is occurring.
Does this help? Any ideas of who to call/what to do?
