Why Is Gorilla Coffee Closed?
Many Brownstoners start their Saturdays with Gorilla coffee. Today they are closed. What’s the deal? I know that this isn’t renovation-related, but this forum is always in the know.
Many Brownstoners start their Saturdays with Gorilla coffee. Today they are closed. What’s the deal? I know that this isn’t renovation-related, but this forum is always in the know.
Agreed antidope. I have a serious Gorilla habit, but unless the original staff comes back, we have to assume the petty tyranny continues unabated, and any owner who allows their staff to be mistreated to the point that they walk out en masse in the middle of a recession isn’t getting any more of my money. I tried out Grumpy and Regular as replacements; so far Grumpy is in the lead, although the inconvenient location might be a dealbreaker. OTOH the Gorilla space might be available soon!
in good conscience i have to give up my gorilla habit.

Some kind of mass resignation. FIPS is all over it. But the issues remain totally unclear to us on the outside. First side to issue a press release wins!
