Financing a 5-Unit Townhouse

I’m considering a purchase of a 6-family (5 class A apartment on the Cofo) townhouse that I would convert into a 2-family home. I would need a mortgage to help cover a small portion of the purchase price and the renovation (total of ~400K). Does anyone have any idea how to finance a purchase like this??
