Small Job Contractors?

I’m looking for a contractor to do a small project in my co-op apartment (creating a pass-through in a wall I believe to have no plumbing or electrical). Does anyone have a good recommendation for someone who is not too expensive, but does good work and uses good materials? Thanks.
