I am looking for a contractor to complete renovate my pre-war bathroom (new tub and separate shower, toilet, vanity, fixtures, etc), as well as a few updates to an adjacent room. The reno should require little or no pipe movement, but the pipes may need to be updated.

Looking for a professional, reliable contractor that does good work. I’ve sourced my materials and can be ready to start in the next couple of weeks. The building is a co-op, but the board is very reasonable and generally needs only proof of insurance and license from any plumber working on the project.

Pls pass along any recommendations.

Thanks Brownstoners!

  1. I had a very good experience with a GC who did a beautiful job on my apartment, particularly the bathroom and the kitchen. He does quality work and is fairly priced. Andy at 718-765-1715.

  2. I have had a very pleasant experience working with Mr.Patrick. He completed a complete bathroom/kitchen renovation and I was greatly satisfied with the results. Mr.Patrick did a magnificant job with the bathroom (he replaced tiles, new toilet, painting etc). I am even considering hiring him for some new brownstone steps. He is a very reasonable contract when it comes to pricing and provides quality work. You can recah him at 1646-945-7315.

  3. Our contractor is a god-send. He’s pretty busy right now, but he might be able to fit in your project: Alberth Chicas at 646-472-4842. (Others have written great things about him here…search the archives).
