Hey a positive article in the NY Times about MacDonough Street.
Brownstoner missed it….$20 to me!
I thought the article was a bit odd. Every sentence said such-and-such is hideously decrepit and/or has been ruined with inappropriate facade materials, etc., yet it’s beautiful and lovely. When they write about Manhattan, they don’t say that. They simply state here is what it was before and this is what it is now.
Actually I sent Jon B the link on Friday evening and he said thanks and that he had missed it somehow, but I guess he thought it not newsworthy enough to post it.
Can’t wait for the tour.
