Crystal is a 638 union shop so that will add up on the bid but performed by trained welders the other i don’t see in the union list but if you get 2 seperate bids you will see the diference.all contractors perform tower work and change out…did you consider a rebuild in place.other top shops that handle Manhattan tower service and replacements…PJ mech…Donnally mech…i am 30 years in the industry and seen loads of towers and designs change.Evapco makes a nice tower in the sense it is easy to clean and maintain…might want to consider VFD drive for the fans and further look into installing a plate heat exchanger..WHY PHX the tower water will only exchange up in the penthouse which makes the supply water isolated from the outdoor air of the city.that means less cleaning of individual units during the height of the summer.
