Appliance Stores in Brooklyn
Two Questions: 1) Can anyone recommend a good store in Brooklyn at which to purchase a refridgerator? 2) Does anybody have experience with the Electrolux brands? I believe they are relatively new in the States. Are they decent? Thank you in advance for any insight you have.

Consider Gringer & Sons, which is not in Brooklyn, but still worth it for a price comparison. They are on 1st Ave & 1st St. and their sales people are pretty knowledgeable. Also, they matched prices and have a good reputation.
I see CGar also recommended them. They’ve been around a long time.
For what it’s worth, we like our Samsung (similar configuration to your picture). Got it at Lowes Brooklyn without any hassle.
Also, good JD Power review:

EBA in brooklyn on nostrand and Ave J will beat pc richards any day of the week and have a great selection including electrolux. see elliot, the guy with suspenders…delivery next day.
Try EBA Wholesale. They were recommended to me when I was doing my gut renovation. They beat all the prices I was quoted by Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and AJ Madison (online). I called them and talked to someone live…their number is on the following website…

I also went to the store, it’s a little cheesy looking but they have almost all the brands. I bought my SubZero there when they sold that brand (do not think they carry them anymore).
Best of Luck,

No, Dave, her name was Lola. She was a showgirl.
I also had a good experience at PC Richards. I bought a washer and dryer there two weeks ago. Mind you, I had to pay for the hook up, but they stacked it for me, hooked it up and made sure they were working (they also hooked up a gas dryer which a lot of places won’t do). They also could deliver it a lot sooner than say some place like Best Buy were I would have had to wait about two weeks.
I have the whole setup from Fridgadre (sp?) by Electrolux. They have a nice professional series for like 1/2 of the other brands. Bought it all at Best Buy.
Et, her name was Mindy, right???
do not be fooled by the brand name. most appliances come out of a few factories. See consumer reports below.
