I am purchasing a building right now and I am looking for the perfect management company in Park Slope.

Also what annual fee should I expect from a mgt company for a three
2 bedrooms units building?

Any advise or namess is welcome.

  2. wow 15% thats insane.

    we own our ‘home’ here in NY and dont have an investment property, but we are renting out our home in australia.

    the fee to a real estate agent to ;
    collect rent each month,
    perform property inspections twice a year,
    place ads for new tennants (online ads only cost $22 each time we’ve done it),
    screen prospective tennants,
    follow up if payments are late,
    answer calls from tennats about faults or day to day issues,
    do final walk through inspections when tennats are moving out.

    This is all done for 5% of monthly rent.

    Any repairs etc are extra hwoever the agent doesn’t charge us additional for arranging quotes/follow up inspections of the work before payment.

    15% is an insane figure and would bite hevily into any ROI calculations unless i’m missing soemthing that management companies do here in the USA.
