I dunno if they service BK .. but here in Queens I have used: B&P Chminey came and swept both my fireplace chimney and boiler chimney today .. $39.95 per chimney.

Ditto on A&A – $125 a fireplace, which seemed in line to others. Took them 20-30 min a pop, cleaned up afterwards (no mess made really), and seemed like good guys. Will be going right to them next year.
We’ve used A&A a few times, based on many recommendations (incl. on this site). 718-953-2836. Think they charged $125–we only had one fireplace/chimney done, but I suspect there would be a lower per-fireplace rate with multiple in a single house. Very professional, responsive, prompt, and neat.
