Skim Coating and Tiling
I need to have an experienced person at skim coating and painting a small room. I also need some to put down ceramic floor tiles in a small romm. Does anyone know to do both trades? This is not a job for a crew or a company. Its only a small job

I am currently using Mario — who is an experienced carpenter and does everything from painting to laying out tiles. He is a perfectionist, a very nice, honest guy, extremely reasonable, and I can’t recommend him enough.
