Friends, My windows need to be replaced. I have discussed this with a real-estate friend who said the Co-op board could help pay or offset some of the cost. Is this true? Any thoughts? Thanks

No coop board with let you replace your own windows, unless they are equivalent to the old. Even then…
They’re certainly not going to pay for them.
If the windows need replacing, most likely they need replacing throughout the building. You should contact the board to see if they are contemplating such a project.
