Valves for Bathroom Sink

CMU is spot on. If you have a washer/dryer closet on the same wall as the bathroom sink, it might be in there. I would check by closing them off and trying to run the water in the bathroom sink. I find it hard to believe that they wouldn’t install $2 dollar easy valves anywhere but wouldn’t be completely shocked if you told me you didn’t find any that shut off bathroom water.
Don’t have to ask, just shut off the kitchen valves and see if the sink has water.
Kens, that’s interesting. I’ll have to ask the builder if that’s the case. Otherwise, guess I’m stuck having to put them in myself.

I’ve seen it but I think the valves in the kitchen of washer/dryer closet closes off the bathroom sink depending on the construction.

Yes. It’s an example of shoddy construction where they cut corners, oftentimes on some of the simplest things but also on important things.
