Bathroom Renovation
Hi, I’m renovating my bathroom in a Clinton HIll coop. It’s about 100 square feet–am keeping the tub, but replacing the sink and toilet and tile. Hardware not included, what’s a reasonable price? One contractor offered to do it for $8500 (and that was after haggling). Seems like a lot. Is it?

Hello.. whatever happened with your bathroom? I ask because we are about to buy our first home, which will be in the clinton Hill co-ops and I want to renovate both the bathroom and the kitchen and would love some advice. Who did you end up using as a contractor, how hard is the board to get approval on renos blah blah blah
thanks so much

You can call Kamal..917-531-7755
he is pretty good with roofing,..
but he told me, he does all kind-a job
If that price is labor only, it seems high. If you’re not moving any plumbing lines you should be able to do it for closer to $5K as eman mentioned. Then another $1,000 or so on fixtures. Try Razr Tile in Borough Park for excellent prices on tile.
whoops did not see the entire post..how high is the wall tile?…if more than 3 feet it sounds pricey…shop around
with filing , and supplying fixtures, not unreasonable
High for labor. Is it glass tile or 1″ rounds (harder)? I’d say 5-6k.
