Windows - Recs and Prices

What I’d love to know –
What kind of ballpark numbers am I looking at for this (e.g. window + installation + disposal)? Who did you use, and would you recommend them? Any tips in going through the bidding/negotiation/purchase/installation process?
Thank you!
Has anyone used Univeral Window Co.in Corona, Bay Ridge Windows and Doors, or Capri Aluminum &Window in Ridgewood?
Thanks.
If you have the original wood windows, typically double-hung with chains and weights, I would suggest to keep them, repairing them instead. It’s hard to find anybody willing or qualified to do this but it’s nice to preserve this type of detail…the old windows were made to last, have ‘old’ wood, etc.
I have contracted with Windows We Are to do 8 windows, with pine interior. Works out about 860 for 82″ parlor floor windows and 710 for 62″. It takes about 4 weeks for the order. Just call them, no harm to get an estimate.

I liked them too but it was a long time ago & the prices I had are history so no help to you.
Depending on material, size, style, etc think between $400-$900 per window.
We just re-did all the windows in our building (31) and had 11 wood, landmark, windows in the front and the rest were capped aluminum (screens on all, double pane, low-e glass etc)
We used Windows We Are and they were great. Did the entire thing in 2 days. All demo, rubbish removal, installation, caulking, etc. The only thing they don’t do is paint the interior of the wood windows, that is up to you so you can stain it, paint it, whatever.
Windows We Are is who I’d use again without hesitation.
