I need a REALLY Good brownstone contractor to redo my 5 story brownstone building. Need someone who understands masonry and materials, is a bit of an artist and has good crew that knows how to make straight lines.

I also need someone who’s work will look good 5 or 10 years from now and not just for the first winter.

If you know anyone who is honest, has a good work ethic and is easy to work with please let me know.

  1. I think A & T con.company is the best i had ever seen. Because he is doing jobs himself and also he have fantastic crew.     Shane Deary construction may be a good fit…His company has a natural knack for re-using existing materials and finding creative solutions to give use to every space. i know he recently finished a 4 story gut reno in bk in which he had to rebuild the entire back brick wall. He does much of the work himself which is nice. his number is 917 495-7120. I will mention that i have recommended him. good luck.

    I found them to be an expert on the brownstones. i recommended them to few of my friends who also needs to have their facade/stoops restored. currently they are doing a project for a friend on Macon st. great, reasonably priced. with a guarantee. good luck
