I’ve had very good experiences with Palone Brothers 718-241-1100
Sounds about right, their service sucks almost as much as their equipment. I’ve heard Phil’s AC recommended frequently altho I haven’t used them myself.
I tried and left three messages without getting a call back.
McQuay has their own service company, why not call them first?
