We’re looking for somebody to house-sit our new Stuyvesant Heights home for the months of July and August. Do any of you B-Stoners have any advice about how to do this? Thanks!

  1. I used to work at The Nation magazine, where bright and responsible and terribly under-rpaid college-age interns were often living in squalor in order to afford to stay in NYC. We often had interns house-sit for us, and they were very grateful for a decent place to live for a while. We always had good experiences with them–they were tidy, took good care of our vats, and left the place clean. You can give The Nation a call and ask for the internship coordinator and let them know you are looking for someone.
