Today’s Daily news front page story is too crazy. That’s Tom, from 6th Ave & 12th St, in drag and as himself. He impersonates his dead mother to collect social security. Online story now has video, I believe of him renewing her license. In an attempt to hold onto the house avoid eviction, he posed as his mother to file a suit against himself.

I have a friend who bought a coop in Manhattan with a similar history. Apparently it’s a common New York City scam! (Jk.)

Now that you mention it, i remember the pickpockets and loose women sign. The 1st floor is commercial space, apartments on the 2nd & 3rd floor. The psycho scammer had some kind of business going there in the 90’s. It’s had the gate down apparently not used for a long time.

It’s a cool house he has (or used to have). Wasn’t there a sign out there saying something like beware pickpockets and loose women? Could it be used as a commercial property.
