Whenever I’m faced with a situation like this, I ask the agent (or whatever representative of whatever business the case might be) to specify the kind of qualified specialist/professional they’ll accept a letter from, the scope of issues they need addressed, and the specifics necessary to satisfy their criteria. That way, I don’t waste time consulting parties or soliciting material that will fail the requirements. Call your agent back and ask for specifics.
