heart wood pine subfloors
we have the original subfloors 20×30 area. Is it worth pulling them up and selling them we are not using them in our renovation dur to our joist being replaced. need an opinion on how much they are worth. Thanks

Putnam or OP, if we have to repair joists, can we not use the original wood floor and subfloor? Does it get wrecked? Or parts of it?
I don’t know how much they’re worth to others, but I might take them off your hands and save you the trouble of disposal.
I’m kinda in the same boat. We just exposed our subfloor and are keeping it for a couple of years. At some point we’re going to pull everything up to reinforce the joists. At which point we’ll decide whether or not to reuse them. If so, I’ll need more (yours might do).
In the meantime, I’d keep them in my basement.
Of course I’d need to know the face dimensions.
I pulled mine up, repaired joists, put down plywood and reused the subflooring as flooring. Three room s created two rooms worth. Looks pretty good.
I know that is not an answer to your question…
