Anyone know Eminence as roofer?

I live in an 8 unit co-op building and got three estimates for the roof work. We need a completely new roof, as ours is pretty old; Premier, Payless, and Eminence. Premier was by far the most expensive, and they seemed indifferent on whether they got the job or not. Eminence on the other hand, was cheaper by $4000, and they explained everything that needed to be done. Not that the cost is the overriding factor, but has anyone heard of Eminence? If so, what was your experience? I would greatly appreciate some feedback. Thanks.
