Ah, yes, the never ending saga. There is a possibility that Ardenia will be doing this with the owner of the building. I am no longer part of it except in what were the original conceptual plans. There are numerous issues/hurdles, the primary one being the owner of the building.
I made comments in a thread yesterday about this coming up again soon.
