Used Furniture Business For Sale

I started to tell the whole story here but realized it would be absurdly long for a Forum post, so the short(er) version:
Last year I bought a van and started a side business picking up cheap/free furniture on Craigslist, cleaning it up, and re-selling it with delivery included, for a modest profit. It was a great little business and a hell of a way to spend my days for two months, but I have 2 kids and it didn’t *quite* make ends meet. So I had to keep my dayjob and the furniture and van have just been sitting (and costing money in storage).
So the whole kitty is for sale – an ultra-dependable 1989 GMC Vandura van (Parks Dept surplus in a vivid green-and-grafitti motif) and a 10×15 storage room FULL of furniture, some of it just so-so but much of it really nice. Couch, two armoires, five dressers, assorted tables and chairs, etc.
I’ve explained the whole thing in more detail on Flickr, along with pictures of the van and the most ready-to-sell pieces:

Asking $2000 for the van and all the furniture. Buyer can take over the storage space (Island Storage in Red Hook, $279/mo) if interested. I’m happy to answer any questions or go into more detail about the pieces available.
Sadly, you’ll have to provide your own drum corp. But since they show up in full Colonial garb even to the St. Patrick’s Day parade, they clearly need the work…
Is the drum corp included?
