Range inside fireplace

I need to have a plastered over non working back parlor fireplace opened up enough to house a 36″ range and self circulating hood. Lally columns and a header will need to be installed to support the other non working fireplaces above. How much should I expect to pay to have this done and can anyone recommend someone to do the work? Thanks a bunch in advance!
